10 pcs of segments a long one and a short one alternatively arranged,Z-LION patented design.
10 segments with thickness of 8mm provide super cutting capacity and life span. Provide quick grinding and preparation for polishing in less time and cost.
It can be used wet or dry though wet use is highly recommended. Unique design is good for water flushing and detaining cooling water. At the same time, slurry can be exhausted easily.
Rubber layer in the middle to absorb the vibration while grinding uneven surface.
Velcro back and metal back are both available. Velcro back is good for quick change. Metal back with multiple holes and pins configurations can be applied to a wide range of floor grinders. Metal back also can be mounted to magnetic tool holders or quick change adapters.
According to the hardness of floors, segments can be soft, medium and hard bond. Extra soft, super soft, extra hard and super hard are also available upon request.
