Notice on Carrying Out the "14th Five-Year Plan" for Key Projects in the Machine Tool Industry
In order to promote the high-quality development of the industry and improve the pertinence and timeliness of the industry's “14th Five-Year Plan”, following the notification requirements of the China Machine Tool and Tool Industry Association (hereinafter referred to as the General Assembly), the Superhard Material Branch is now Key projects during the “Five-Year Plan” period suggest the formation of industry project reserves in order to timely and actively meet the national development needs. The specific arrangements are notified as follows:
I. Work content and arrangements
1. An enterprise may propose existing or planned key projects according to the key development direction of the industry, and fill in the key project proposal form (see Appendix 1).
2. The general meeting will dynamically adjust the annual industry's key development direction based on industry development trends, industrial policy guidance and industry enterprise recommendations. The branch will follow up relevant policies in a timely manner and announce them in the industry.
3. According to the key project suggestions made by the company, the general organization will organize industry experts on a regular or irregular basis. The suggestions that conform to the key development direction of the industry will be included in the industry reserve project database, and will be recommended to the relevant departments on a rolling basis. The branch will pay attention in time. For related work, actively recommend industry experts to participate in the carding work, cooperate with the work of the Federation, effectively contact the enterprise, and feedback market trends.
4. This work is valid for a long time during the 14th Five-Year Plan period. Enterprises in the superhard materials industry can submit project proposals at any time according to actual conditions.
Second, the industry's key development direction (2020 version)
Direction 1: Mid-to-high-end CNC machine tools (including metal cutting machine tools and metal forming machine tools), as well as automated and intelligent manufacturing units, production lines, manufacturing workshops and factories composed of the above-mentioned mid-to-high-end CNC machine tools
Direction 2: The above-mentioned key functional components, machine tool accessories, control, drive, detection devices and systems, high-precision, high-performance sensors and feedback components required for the above-mentioned mid-to-high-end CNC machine tools, Digitalization, automation, intelligent cutting tools and abrasive tools.
Direction 3: Special industrial software for mid-to-high-end CNC machine tool product design, operation, processing programming and system control.
