What is the construction technology of polishing concrete floor?  

Polishing concrete process includes grinding (rough grinding), repairing, hardening, polishing (fine grinding) four steps, but also need to adjust the use of tools and steps according to the actual situation, in order to achieve the final design effect.  

1) As with sealed hardened floor, the first step requires grinding (rough grinding), grinding the concrete base with a grinding machine to remove fine pitting spots, flaws, colorants or other thin coatings on the floor.  

According to different concrete floor conditions, the grinding process can be divided into 3 to 4 steps.  

2) concrete surface construction hardener, by chemical reaction hardening concrete surface layer, so that the concrete surface layer to achieve meticulous, dust-free, hardening effect.  

3) Polishing (fine grinding)  

The floor is polished using a resin mill (a resin-diamond tool) in three to five steps until the desired gloss is achieved.  

Wet or dry grinding can be used for grinding, generally low mesh grinding will use wet grinding, high mesh polishing will use dry grinding, the efficiency will be higher.
