What is the construction process of sealed hardening floor?  

The construction process of hardened floor: cleaning base → grinding ground → hole repair → flatness point repair → spray sealing hardener → wet ground → preliminary polishing → comprehensive polishing → completion of construction.  

1. Clean the base surface  

Base treatment, the need to use a professional floor washing machine to clean the ground, exposed concrete clean fresh surface.

Doing so is to remove the original ground garbage, floating pulp, dust, open the ground more pores, so that concrete sealing hardener better into the ground.  

2 Spray concrete seal hardening  

Spray concrete to harden the seal  

Seal hardener, even spray after grinding processing, and clean the ground, about 40~60min after the surface becomes sticky, then clear water all clear, natural drying 24h above.  

3. Wet and polish the floor  

After 24 hours of construction, the ground should be wetted and cleaned, and the osmotic force of water should be used to bring the material into deeper layer and clean the material accumulated on the surface.  

With professional grinding machine for the first time comprehensive grinding 2~3 times, and then with water for wet treatment after grinding or directly with water grinding, the overall base surface for preliminary polishing.  

After secondary polishing, the overall base surface is fully polished until the ground feels smooth and has a small amount of luster.
