First, the method of judging whether the concrete ground cement label is up to the standard

The most direct way is to ask the material supplier for the basic number of the concrete material and scrape it with a hard little thing (like a key).See the scratch depth of concrete, the deeper the label is lower.

Second, the method of judging whether the concrete floor has shell phenomenon

We can see concrete with the naked eye that is very badly shelled.If it is not serious shell ground, we can step on or knock, to see if you can hear the empty noise.If there's a noise, that's where the shell starts.

Three, to judge whether the concrete ground has a sand and ash method

Similarly, severe sand and ash on the concrete floor can be observed with the naked eye.Loose cement and fine aggregate will fall off on the concrete surface, which is the ash and sand.If the naked eye can not observe the phenomenon of sand and ash, you can use a hard broom scan ground, to see whether there is a phenomenon of sand and ash.

The method of judging the surface flatness of concrete foundation

The flatness is measured by 2m ruler.Place the guide ruler flat on the floor and place the ruler flat on the base of the floor.Measure the clearance value between the ruler and the ground.Generally, the ground roughness is required to be below 2mm.If both are less than this range, the ground flatness meets the requirement.If the clearance value is greater than 2mm, the construction base surface of the floor paint should be repaired and leveled.
