Causes of white crystallization of solidified floor;

1. Due to the natural color of the floor, the poured concrete floor becomes white due to various reasons such as maintenance problems.

2, curing agent material residue cleaning is not in place.After the solidified floor is polished, the sewage is not cleaned in time or cleaned improperly.

3. The proportion of materials mixed with water is not correct.The sealing and curing agent of powder concrete should be strictly in accordance with the proportion of water provided by the manufacturer, not to say that the thicker we understand, the better the effect.

4, material penetration time is too long.When the concrete sealing curing agent material reacts with the ground to 80% dry, it can be polished.Remember not to polish overnight.

5, polishing is not complete or some places can not be polished.In the grinding process, if the grinding liquid drops are too large, some places can not be polished, white crystals may appear.
