Diamond drill bit use:

2. Pay attention to the obstructed well section that occurred during the last drilling, and the drill bit should be slowly passed when it encounters the diameter reduction and the dog leg during the drilling process.
3. Start at a drilling speed of 50~60 rpm and open a pump with a rated displacement to flush the bottom of the well.
4. Pay attention to the weight gauge and torque to make the diamond bit smoothly contact the bottom of the well.
Diamond saw blades are used:
1. Adequate water supply (water pressure greater than 0.1Mpa).
2. The water supply pipe is at the cutting part of the saw blade.
3. If there is an unexpected interruption of the water supply, please restore the water supply as soon as possible, otherwise it is recommended to suspend the cutting.
Diamond grinding wheel use:
1. After the diamond grinding wheel is mounted on the flange, it must also be statically balanced before use. Do not remove the wheel from the flange before it is used up, which will extend the life of the wheel.
2. The coolant should be used as much as possible during grinding. This not only improves the grinding efficiency and grinding quality, but also the wear of the grinding wheel. Commonly used coolants include kerosene, light diesel oil and light gasoline. Generally, kerosene is preferred.
