Z-LION PCD-21 three half round PCD grinding trapezoid is a heavy duty coating removal tool for removing thick and elastomeric coatings like epoxy, urethane, polyurethane, polyaspartic, acrylic, glue residue, etc. The tool has 3 half round PCD and a button supporting segment. Comes with typical trapezoid plate, can be mounted to a wide variety of floor grinders via the 3 holes on the trapezoid plate. Designed to work in a specific direction, either clockwise or counterclockwise.

Z-LION PCD-21 three half round PCD grinding trapezoid is a heavy duty coating removal tool for removing thick and elastomeric coatings over a concrete surface. The special features of this tool are as follows:

3 half round PCD grinding trapezoids are more powerful than general 2 quarter round PCD trapezoids, ideal for heavy duty applications.

3 half round PCD grinding trapezoids provide for a higher total square foot lifespan than general 2 quarter round PCD trapezoids.

The 3 half round PCDs are manufactured in high pressure and high temperature technology so as to have superior hardness, high fracture strength and uniformed properties.

The button supporting segment is aggressive, not only works as stabilizer and depth guide but also gives a conventional grinding process on the concrete surface during the PCDs removing coatings.

The 3 half round PCDs and the button supporting segment is professionally welded. The supporting segment can be in the shape of rectangle(bar), round(button), rhombus, arrow etc.
