• Popular size is 3”(76mm, 80mm or 83mm in diameter), 4” is also available.
• 10 segments with thickness of 8mm provide super grinding capacity and long life. Straight edge, bevel edge and round edge segments are all available. Straight edge with better cutting capacity, bevel and round edge are better for lippage removal.
• Rubber layer in the middle to absorb the vibration.
Come with velcro back or metal back and with multiple holes and pins configurations to fit a wide range of floor grinders like HTC, STI, Onfloor, Diamatic, SASE etc. Velcro back is good for quick change. Metal back also can be mounted to magnetic tool holders or quick change adapters.
• Soft, medium and hard bond are available for different hardness of concrete floors. Extra soft, super soft, extra hard and super hard are also available if needed.
• Available grits: 6#,16#,30#, 50#, 70#, 100#, 120#, 200#, 400#
• The tool can be painted in different colors as per grit number or as per bond hardness.

• High quality diamond is used in the matrix to make the tool with good grinding capacity.
• Diamond segments are hot-pressed and professionally welded onto the base plate. Density of segments is reasonable and professional welding help to extend the lifetime of the disc.
• Segments are super aggressive and with longlife. 10 segments with thickness of 8mm will cover 20000-40000 square feet.
• Rubber layer in the middle with correct hardness will absorb the vibration and at the same time increase the adhesiveness of velcro as well. No risk of velcro peeling off.
• High quality velcro back, with good adhesiveness even when the tools are worn out.
• With multiple holes and pins configurations on the back the tool can be mounted to a wide range of floor grinders without an adapter.
